This is the privacy policy for the Simmour demo pages at simmour.app: a set of static recipe pages with no accounts or sign-in, shown while the full app finishes building. It's a separate, simpler policy from the one that will cover the full app once it takes over this domain (accounts, saved recipes, recipe-photo processing).

These pages collect nothing directly: there's no sign-up, no form, no upload. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) collects standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level, from IP address), device/browser type, and how you arrived here. This is aggregated, not used to build a personal profile, and never used for ads.

Google Analytics data may be processed outside the UK/EU. Where that's the case, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and its own certified transfer mechanisms; see Google's Privacy Policy linked above.
